    High-Speed Mixers are used in mixing, stirring, drying, coloring materials in plastics, rubber, and chemical industries. Low speed mixers for PVC applications, batch kneaders are also available.
     
     
     
    Vacuum Automatic Loader is a type of auxiliary machine which can used in different types of plastic processing units. It saves man power and guaantees high level uploading safety. Auger conveyors are optional for pellets or powders process. Automatic solution for multi-components could be specificly designed.
     
     
     

    Loss-in-weight feeders could provide precise dosing in form of powder or pellets or liquid. The world wide known K-tron feeders are applied for all USEON systems.

  • Pelletizing units
    To make perfect granules!

    Polymers and their modified or reactive products must be made into small granule shapes for re-using for injection processes or extrusion. However, it's really hard to get perfect shapes for some materials if the unproper granulating solution is applied. Among the several available granulating solutions from USEON, you must be very careful to select. However, USEON's technical teams will provide professional supportings.

    For those newly developed materials, if you and USEON both have no experience, our lab system could be available for trial to selcet the proper granulating method.

    Strand granulating system
    This system is proper for most applications of pelletizing. It features simple construction, operation, easy maintenance. It is built of die, water bath, water wiper, pelletizer, shifter.

    Anyway, the shortage for this system is the continous monitoring by the operator.

     

    Water ring cutting system
    Water ring pelletizing system could be applied to some polymers, including PE, PP, PS, TPU, EVA etc. The main components include extrusion plate, pelletier, water circle system, centrifugal dewater machine, silo and packaging system. The final products look round and smooth.

    Hot face die air cooling cutting system
    Air-cooling hot face pelletizing system could be applied to process of some special polymers, including PVC, LLDPE, MB, highly filled Calcium Carbonate MB, degradable MB, LSFH, carbon black MB, cross-linkable PE. Air cooling hot face pelletizing system could avoid the moisture involved during pelletization process with replacing of air cooling. The main components usually include extrusion die plates, pelletizer, cyclone cooler and conveying units, shifter, silo and package units.
    Under water cutting system
    Under water pelletizing system could be used to process most polymers, especially for some special material that could not be palletized by other kinds of pelletizing systems, such as TPU, TPV etc. The under water pelletizing system is relatively complicated and highly costive to maintain. The main components in this system usually include extrusion die plates, pelletizer, water circle system, centrifugal dewater, silo and packaging system.
