Last week, one of USEON made PETG sheet production line was accepted successfully by customer in Shanghai. This project is a cooperation project authorized by the Ministry of Public Security, its product are mainly used in the security design of the composition of materials.
The production line is equipped with a recovery system online. Bits and pieces of sheet margin can be directly fed into the recycle feeder after compaction and pelletizing. This way is environmentally friendly and improves the work efficiency.

The main extruder of this line is our TDY series parallel counter rotating twin-screw extruder, the model is TDY75. As a result of our special design and the characteristics of the counter twin-screw extruder, this production line saves the crystallization of the complex pre-drying system. Not only simplifies the manufacturing processes and improve productivity but also a significant energy savings. At the same time, the machine is equipped with dual-piston cylinder non-stop screen exchanger system can achieve a smooth transition while working. Product’s quality will not have any effect. This system is also stable and efficient production line to provide a guarantee.

Another unique feature of this line is our tailor-made swinging arm calendar which is according to the customer’s factory space conditions. It makes the production line looks more compact and practical.
This line has also lamination function. The PETG sheet comes from hanger die will laminate with PE film online.
