The biggest extruder for foam extrusion in China launched
TDD300, the biggest single screw extruder with 300mm diameter for XPS foam extrusion is launched today. It will join with another delivered twin screw extruder, as tandem extrusion line for more than 700kg/hr CO2 foam XPS extrusion. This XPS production line also sets the output record in China. After setting the first twin screw extruder plus single screw extruder tandem XPS extrusion line in China. We made another milestone for XPS foam extrusion. Actually, this is the second time we made 300mm diameter single screw extruder. The first one is for BOPP film launched at the beginning of 2008 in Shantou China. Its output can reach at 5tons/hr. Also it is the biggest single screw extruder for BOPP in China.
