Comparing with last version of XPS/EPS recycle line, new improved one has applied non-intermesh twin screw extruder for vertical force feeder instead of single screw extruder. This development significantly increases output 20% plus. The new type force feeder makes use of self-cleaning character of twin screw extruder. This improvement makes the feeding more efficient and more constant. The previous TDD120P recycle line can reach at 250kg/hr, the new one can reach at 300kg/hr.
We also equipped this line with vacuum system in order to remove gases in XPS, and this vacuum system can certainly remove smell of EPS which collected from fish box or fruit box. The new TDD120P XPS/EPS recycle line can be integrated with XPS production line by convey blower. The trimming chips from XPS production can be transported to silo.
We will apply this TDD120P recycle line for our TDS75-TDD200 XPS production line instead of TDD90P. So customers will not have to run recycle line while XPS line in production. They just need to run the recycle line one shift per day, because the capacity of TDD120P is three times of TDD90P which matches the margin recycle capacity of TDS75-TDD200 XPS production line.
