After successfully delivered 4 sets of 1000kg/hr supercritical CO2 foam XPS production line, with in competition with European companies and Taiwan companies, Useon won a new order of 1000kg/hr CO2 foam complete XPS line once again in October 2011. This customer is the biggest XPS manufacturer in South China, whose annual capacity is more than 300,000 cubic meters, and it is the only one who owned the XPS line imported from Europe. This is our 5th winning in the competition with Europe companies in XPS line. It’s a new milestone which meant we dominate the technology of huge capacity supercritical CO2 foam XPS line, and shown our international competence.

This line is a highly automatic and intelligent CO2 foam XPS insulation board production line. It includes full automatic gravimetric feeding system, the most advanced twin screw extruder plus single screw extruder tandem extrusion system, and full automatic downstream line. Useon was the first company who employed twin screw extruder into XPS line in China. This thanks to our profound understanding of twin screw extruder and the spirit of innovation.

Since 2008 when we delivered the first 1000kg/hr supercritical CO2 foam XPS insulation board production line, we have kept the record of the capacity of this produce in China. But aspiring Useon team doesn’t stop yet; we focus on the next goal of 1500kg/hr XPS line to break up the monopoly market held by European companies. We would like to develop more eco-friendly XPS line with you together and make the contribution to a greener earth.
