Water ring XPS recycled line has been accepted by Indian customer
Last week our new type XPS (extruded polystyrene) recycle production line has been accepted by Indian customer. This line is consisted of force feeder, TDD-150P venting single screw extruder and water ring
palletizing system. The force feeder is good for both powder material and scraps of XPS or EPS. Venting single screw extruder can remove the capsulated gas in XPS, and make the final granules more compact and stable quality. Instead of traditional strand die palletizing system, water ring palletizing system has been introduced in this line. It can solve the problem of breaking material thread while strand die palletizing system working. Because so many Asia XPS manufacturers use only recycled GPPS which contains some impurities inside of XPS scraps or powder. By means of water ring palletizing system, the production can run continuously. The full capacity of this line is more than 300kg/hr. To make online recycle, we also have the pipe conveying system to connect with customer’s existed XPS production line’s trimming and cutting system. To learn more about this line, please contact us.
